Refund policy

Items that qualify as oversize, such as boots, cowboy hats, large prints and pillows will incur a $15 return charge. As a small business, we are simply unable to provide free shipping, along with free returns. 

These are considered final sale and are not returnable. 

All Other Returns - Shipping Charge: Due to the increasing cost of mailing fees, all other returns will incur a $5 shipping return charge, which will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges: Exchanges will incur a $5 return fee, which will be deducted from the refund, and a $5 charge to ship back out. 

Boots are one of our most special—and most delicate—products. When a pair is returned, we take several steps to ensure they are in perfect condition before being placed back on the sales floor. Boots are heavy, and shipping costs are significantly higher than average apparel. Instead of inflating our retail prices for everyone, we only charge a flat $15 return label fee for customers who choose to send boots back. This allows us to keep our everyday prices fair while still offering the convenience of easy returns.

Once we receive your boots, our team will carefully inspect them before issuing your refund. Because many of our brands—especially LANE Boots—feature specialty materials like their signature turquoise blue soles, we must ensure:
