Dolly Trucker Hat Patch Add a little country attitude to your favorite trucker hat with our Dolly embroidered patch. Measures approximately 4 3/8” on the longest side. For Best Results: 1. Preheat your heat press or household iron. • Heat Press: 300–320°F (150–160°C) • Household Iron: Cotton setting (no steam). 2. Position the patch on a clean, dry trucker hat. Make sure the patch is centered and flat. 3. Protect the Patch by placing a pressing cloth, parchment paper, or thin cotton fabric over the patch. 4. Apply Heat: • Heat Press: Press firmly for 15–20 seconds. • Household Iron: Apply firm, even pressure without moving the iron for 20–30 seconds. 5. Allow to Cool for 1–2 minutes before checking adhesion. 6. Check the Edges. If any edges lift, repeat the process for an additional 10–15 seconds. Important Notes: • Best suited for cotton or cotton/poly blend trucker hats. • Avoid direct heat on mesh panels. • For hats that will receive heavy wear or frequent washing, stitching around the edges is recommended for maximum durability. • Allow the adhesive to cure for 24 hours before washing or wearing in wet conditions. Tip: A hat heat press provides the best results.
